Rescue story
Cumberland is named for the river. He came to us from Peaceful Pastures, the rescue that mentored us when we were figuring out what we were doing. A group of jacks needed somewhere to go and we had room, so they came here. He arrived as Male number three. Several of that group got river names, because they came in together and needed names fast and Tennessee has good ones to give. He is gelded now. He is a standard donkey in the main pasture and he is available for adoption, and somebody is going to be glad they picked him.
