Rescue story

Freckles came to us from a kill pen in Texas. He is blind, and so is Pippi. The two of them met in that pen, and they had all of two days together before they shipped out to us. Two days was all it took. They bonded for life and they have not been apart since. He is the sweetest boy. Neither one of them has ever seen the other. They find each other by sound and by nearness, and it has never mattered one bit that they cannot see.
