Rescue story

Pepper has been with us over a year now, and she has been a good mama that whole time. She has facial sarcoids, which sound worse than they are. They are growths, they are common in equines, and they do not cause her pain or slow her down one bit. They are simply part of what she looks like. What she actually is, is one of the sweetest girls on this farm. Patient, kind, and steady with the little ones. If you only saw a photo you might pause at her face. If you meet her, you stop noticing it within about a minute.
